What goes in is what generally comes out! Are YOU treating your body to the right foods or are you just satisfying the taste buds? Yes, this battle goes on in each one of us. However, we need the food for our body, not our taste buds, so eat right. God made a lot of the food to resemble what part of your body it helps, have you recognized this? Look at a tomato, cut it open and look inside, four chambers and yes, it helps the Heart!
Watching too much disaster going one will bring down your spirits and thus, your health. What you feed your EYES and your MIND will feed your body. Be kind to yourself. Try reading a book, not on your tablet, but actually in your hands. You might not be used to turning pages just yet, however you will get the hang of it quickly enough. However, your Brain will love it and so will your imagination!
